I. Continuous Vacuum Furnace w/Pressure Quench

5 bar pressure quench vacuum furnace, M.O.T. 2400F. High speed quenching for hardening of 400 series stainless steel; hardening of high speed steels, M-2 through M-7, also CPM series; Tool Steels including A and D series; also smaller sections of 4140, 4340 up to ¼ inch; annealing of austenitic stainless steels also solution annealing of PH (precipitation hardening) steels. Typical customers are saw blade manufacturers, and cutting tool manufacturers.

II. Vacuum Purge Temper Furnace

The newest of the sub-atmospheric, vacuum tempering line. M.O.T. 1450F. Sliding front and rear insulating doors for most rapid heating and cooling. Excellent uniformity of +/-10F. Used for partial pressure tempering of all tools steels including high-speed steel or annealing of brass connectors.

III. Humpback Conveyor Belt Furnace

Raised hearth for economy of hydrogen atmosphere. M.O.T. 2100F. Low dewpoint furnace. Meets N.F.P.A. 86C. Applications are bright annealing and brazing of stainless steels, glass sealing.

IV. Open Chamber Conveyor Belt Furnace

Open chamber brazing furnace. M.O.T. 2050F. Used for copper and silver brazing (steel or copper parts), oxidizing, glass sealing, annealing, and hardening of thin sections of martinsitic stainless and tool steels. Nitrogen purge. Meets N.F.P.A. 86C. Multi-zone control.

V. "Solitaire" Conveyor Belt Furnace

Small belt conveyor furnace. Ready for various atmospheres. Complete with nitrogen purge. Can be supplied with built-in ammonia dissociators. Meets N.F.P.A. 86C. Excellent for copper and silver brazing, soldering, and annealing of copper based alloys.

VI. Tube Furnace

Dual muffle strip hardening furnace. Specialized for your application. M.O.T. 2300F. Five-inch diameter muffle with 60-inch long heated zone. Customer supplied material handling and cooling. Three zones of control. Nitrogen atmosphere.

VII. Generators

Recently updated exothermic generator design. Meets N.F.P.A. 86C. Includes Honeywell flame detection. Can be supplied 50 or 60 Hz.
